Canon!Harry - brave. heroic. shaggable.
What Kind of Harry Potter Are You?

*sigh* You're no fun. You've turned out to be Canon!Harry, and you're soo boring. You've got one thing on your mind, but unfortunately, that one thing is defeating Lord Voldemort, and that puts a damper on your love life. If you do fall for a guy, however, it will be someone also helping take down the Dark Lord - you're so into saving the world you wouldn't be paying attention to anyone else. Your best slash pairings are with those most likely to join in the fight, like Oliver Wood, the Weasley twins, and Cedric Diggory (even though he's, ya know...dead.) Surprisingly enough, you and Voldie/Tom Riddle would also make a great pair - you're both obsessing over each other, so it's rather natural.

good god. i wish i was whoever it is who owns the two autographed pictures on this page. how *did* they ever manage to get ahold of Will Theakston, also known as Terence Higg? he seems almost as elusive as the Golden Snitch!

but wait, there's more! there are also 2 pictures autographed by Scott Fearn. the first one shows that Slytherin cutie with the floppy bangs, and in the second one he's with Angelina Johnson and Marcus Flint. so now i have confirmation that Scott Fearn is really cute-floppy-haired-guy, and not the 1 who was playing Marcus as i previously thought. would someone please tell me what Marcus' name really is then?! i mean, he has a bigger role than his floppy-haired teammate and yet no 1 seems to be able to confirm what his real name is! is it really Jamie Yeates?

...

aaand...yes, his name really is Jamie Yeates. more on this at my lj. i was getting used to thinking of him as Scott, and i'd been calling him that in my head because he looked like a Scott Fearn to me, but i guess i'll adjust to this just bcause Jamie happens to be one of my favorite names either for a boy or a girl.

If I were a Neopet... I'd be a Kacheek!

Kacheeks are a shy little species that live in the lush meadows of Neopia.

They will avoid violence whenever possible and love to make new friends.

i wonder if Annabella is going to be using blogger.com.br now...

our most recent Wei Kreuz manip: the terminally cool Fujimiya Ran "Aya".

So Like a Rose

the lyrics from the Garbage song on it are *so* him.

and since i've already started on the subject of anime.... earlier i was browsing ff.net's Slam Dunk stories hoping against hope for a Kogure x Ayako. but nooo. is it too much to ask of the universe to give me a non-yaoi Kogure story where he's not with an OC? i mean, i love both Kogure and Mitsui, i just don't feature them *with* each other; neither of them strikes me as particularly slashy. or could it be that i'm the only person in the world who likes Kogure x Ayako, the rest of the population just goes along with Ryota x Ayako? they seem to be 1 of the officially sanctioned SD couples or something {sigh} not that there's anything at all wrong with Ryota, it's only that i want Kogure to get some intimacy with a female character who wasn't made up just for fanfic, dammit! on a happier note, i am highly amused by Pacey informing me recently that another nickname for my Megane-kun is "The Edible Frog" {VBG} he must be like...a Chocolate Frog! ^.^

somewhat panicked i was this morning bcause while i was in my usual stupor i dropped my cellphone Trini, and when i picked it up the screen display wasn't right anymore. luckily it sorted itself out - whew!

behold. yet another quiz to clutter up my blog.

Which Classic Book Are You?
Book: William Shakespeare's Hamlet.
Synopsis: Hamlet is an atmospheric story of internalization - of feelings (guilt, love, hatred), of people, thoughts, and actions. Marked by indecision and a strong sense of self-pity and self-consciousness, Hamlet makes the slow transition from fear to determination in his quest to avenge his father's death. Oedipal complex, supernatural powers, royal incest, revenge - these are all explored in the play. Several famous questions are posed and thoughts explored - of existence, suicide, meaning, value. Hamlet is just packed with philosophy, psychology, and humanity. A must-read in which you will find many of the most famous soliloquies in all of Shakespeare.
Excerpt: To be, or not to be,--that is the question:--Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune or to take arms against a sea of troubles, and by opposing end them?--To die,--to sleep,--no more; and by a sleep to say we end the heartache, and the thousand natural shocks that flesh is heir to,--'tis a consummation devoutly to be wish'd.

What Lesser Harry Potter Character Are You?

hn. didn't see that coming. which is not to say that i am anti-Cho. quite the contrary. i am definitely pro-Cho. the girl frequently gets a bad rap in fanfics. more Cho-friendly fics, i say!

my Random Surreal Generator just gave me this bit of insanity:

Is this a lupin which I see before me, the laser-gun toward my monkey? Come, let me clean drains with thee.

last week i finally got Come Away with Me! happy happy joy joy! and i got it at the music store where my quest for Norah Jones was previously thwarted. maybe it helped that i walked away that last time with utter dejection obvious in my every step, so they said, "aw, poor kid, let's get her the cd she wants!" shyeah right. {lol} so anyway it's been played on and off in both of our cd drives at home (my fam and the neighbors are prolly sick of it by now), and presently resides in its rightful place beside John Mayer's Room for Squares. so there.
